In order to enhance the administrative effectiveness and efficiency in work of all the Govt. Officers & staff, the training is of prime Importance. Hence Govt. of Maharashtra has approved State Training Policy (STP). In order to implement the STP, State Training Planning and evaluation Agency (STPEA) is established at YASHADA . STPEA has to plan, co-ordinate & evaluate the training function of state, regional & district level Administrative Training Institutes as well as Departmental Training Institutes.
